Service Description
This is a short video recording that I’ll upload to YouTube and provide you with a private link, allowing you to watch it at your convenience. The reading will be no longer than 15 minutes. Please note that the date and time you select when booking this reading is not the actual completion or delivery time. I aim to complete and deliver these readings within 3-5 days from the booking date, though it may be sooner depending on my availability that week.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours prior to time of appointment. If not contacted within 24 hours, you will forfeit 25% of payment. To reschedule, if you have contacted me within 24 hours before the time of your appointment then there’s no extra charge for rescheduling. If you do not contact me within 24 hours of appointment time and want a refund, you will forfeit 25% of the total paid. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from reading time and you want to reschedule, you will be expected to pay the 25% of the cost of the reading to supplement the portion you forfeited for the late cancellation.
